Training Services (part of Henkels & McCoy's Network Systems & Solutions group) offers all levels of hands-on training and technical instruction from entry-level through advanced. Classes are taught to industry standards, leading towards credentialing, employment, and attainment of specified performance measures.

Henkels & McCoy trains students for the workplace. Students are treated as professionals from day one, learning firsthand the skills that today's demanding employers are seeking.
 
For over twenty years, Henkels & McCoy Training has been funded under Department of Labor legislation including the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and its predecessors. Additional funding sources include the Job Corps, Housing and Urban Development, Department of Corrections, Department of Education, Department of Juvenile Justice, and the private sector.
