elected Vice Chairman and CEO; T. Roderick Henkels elected President and COO January 2002 Henkels & McCoy, Inc. announced the elevation of two of its top executives. Kenneth L. Rose, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer, has been elected Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. T. Roderick Henkels, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been elected President and Chief Operating Officer. Both men continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors. |

Dr. Rose earned
his doctorate in physics at the Carnegie Institute of Technology (now
Carnegie Mellon University) and pursued a career of research and high
technology management. After twenty years with Ford Aerospace, where he
attained the position of Group Vice President, he joined Henkels &
McCoy as Executive Vice-President/COO in 1985. Named President/COO in
1987 and CEO five years later, Dr. Rose succeeded Paul M. Henkels, son
of the founder, in that position. Paul M. Henkels, principal architect
of the company’s transition to a national presence, continues as
Henkels & McCoy’s Chairman. |
