Henkels & McCoy: Engineering / Project Management
Project Management

Henkels & McCoy's experience in managing projects ranges from quick turnaround projects to multi-million dollar endeavors.

All project administration is performed by a Project Manager dedicated to the specific project, who will function as the main contact with the client and will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of all operations. Engineering and design development will be coordinated with an assigned Project Manager who will work closely with the client's personnel.

The Project Manager:

• Reviews preliminary drawings for engineering and constructability

• Handles negotiations and coordination

• Develops and reviews work plans, schedules, contract changes, manpower allocations, and all
  project deliverables

• Works with the quality manager to develop quality assurance standards and procedures for the
project, and institute corrective action and follow-up

• Works with the client for the approval of any labor, materials or subcontracted charges to the
  project; and

• Ensures timely completion of all aspects of the project.
